82-91 Astrals (Double)
91-99 Nature Runes(Double) - Graahk

- You can get RC pouches by killing Abyss at the place where you teleport to with the Zamorak mage READ NOTE 3

[ - ] Note 3
It's now possible to repair your pouches by contacting the mage with NPC contact, so you don't need to go to the abyss anymore.
