Description: 3D Iron Man model that I made from scratch. I was inspired by the VFX in Iron Man (done by ILM) and decided to make my own Iron Man. Will animate him when I have time, probably in December.

Modelled in Maya, surfaced and rendered in 3D Studio MAX. Fully functional flaps and fully modelled interior (not shown). Rigged in Character Studio. Took about a month total.

Render was default scanline with light tracer. One skylight and a bunch of spotlights with shadow maps only. Unfortunately my laptop is too slow to use HDRI or any fancy Mental Ray shaders
