    I have found all the items including 19 bottles where they are showing 18. There are also some achievements on these vids to show where you can get them.
    Achievements:

    Snicker-snack (2:18) Finding the Vorpal Blade
    Ground Pork (3:46) Finding the Pepper Grinder
    Please note that this section (Bottlefly) 4:00 you need to destroy the hives and one other enemies for the first snout to appear
    Grind 'em all - (7:08) Kill 5 bolterflies in a row with the pepper grinder
    Strike a Deal 9:34) Upgrade a Weapon
