The action can ALSO be activated by Pushing Frank against the back of Lightning's Starting gate as well. Mater does not appear in this Cars Playset. The Lightning McQueen Race Car that is included, as well as Frank the Tractor, is made entirely of High Quality Plastic Rather than metal. However, I do not see this as a detriment to the quality of the set. This Toy Playset attaches to works with MOST of the Other Cars Playsets and cars.
