The song was sung by Lata Mangeshkar and Manna Dey. The movie starred Raj Kapoor, Nargis, Privthiraj Kapoor, Leela Chitnis, and KN Singh. The movie was written by KA Abbas, and had music by Shankar-Jaikishan, with lyrics by Shailendra.
