After deep conditioning I put two plastic caps on for and hour and a half and then i rinsed, cowashed with bain de terre argan oil nourishing conditioner, and did a light protein with aphogee 2 min reconstructor. After that I t-shirt dried, applied silk and child detangler, one and only argan oil. detangled and then air dried.
