Dips are great to build strong, solid and muscular chest and triceps muscles. The problem for most people is that it's to advanced. In this video I will show you some techniques that will help you to learn the skill and increase the strenght required for this exercise.
Sets and reps:
In general I would recommend to do 3 sets of 5 repetitions for each of these variations. If you are less advanced and want to practise the exercises seperately try to do 5 or 6 sets of 5 repetitions each. The reason why the amount of repetitions is so low is because this will enable you to do it will full strenght. You shouldn't get to tired, but rather give your muscles the time to get used to the workout. Once you notice it gets to easy you can add some repetitions.
Rest 1 or 2 minutes in between each set.
