    The Tong of the Black Scorpion have stolen Magnus Greel's Distilation Chamber and plan to use it to resurrect Magnus Greel. Unable to track the Tong down, the Doctor goes to the TARDIS and scans for technology not from the time period. Meanwhile the Tong prepare Greel's resurrection, the Phantom of Weng-Chiang will become real once more.
