This is the 4th martial arts workout video and so far the hardest! This is not suitable for beginners!
As a martial artist you need to develope flexibility, endurance, speed and strength and to find a right workout routine is difficult. This routine will take care of the speed, endurance and strength. Flexibility training can be done seperately from this routine!
How does it work?
Perform the 3 exercises given per round. Each exercise should be done for 1 full minute! After that you will take a 60 second break and go to the second round which includes 3 different exercises. Another break and the 3rd round will be there.
So the first 3 rounds were easy. Now do the same with set 4-9. Set 4 and 7 are the same as set 1. Set 5 and 8 are the same as set 2 and finally set 3, 6 and 9 are the same.
Of course you could also do 3 sets of round 1, 3 sets of round 2 and 3 sets of round 3. However, I think the first option is best.
