Description: There may be times when one needs to further enhance their personal camouflage abilities, or if lacking any camouflage, improvise a system to provide personal concealment. Ghillie-style systems work very well for concealing oneself when hiding from an enemy at close range.

With a saw, field knife, and cordage, one can construct a ghillie-style system out of natural materials, designed to be worn on the user's back. Vegetation will begin to wilt and brown within several hours or less, so care must be taken to replace the natural materials when required. This system does have the limitation of not easily permitting the user to wear a backpack, depending on its size.

The construction time for the one created in this video took 25 minutes to produce, lending itself to be highly useful for rapid field expedient camouflage.
