Some important information I didn't manage to put in the video itself:
- First of all, the reason why I only recommended 3 sets of 10 seconds each exercise is because it is a nice, short routine this way. You don't overtrain or overstretch your muscles this way and this all will enable you to perform this routine more often.
- During every exercise it is very important to protect your lower back. How to do this? Simply by keeping your lower back straight. You can do this by making sure you never get an uncomfortable feeling in your back. When you do feel your lower back, you should stop the exercise and take time to rest.
- Start with the very basic exercises when you are a beginner. The key exercises are pretty advanced and only very useful when you are getting very close to the front split itself.
