The rules were...

"Use green screen footage to create an original video. Make sure to show before & after shots so we can see how you make movie magic. Use any software, just make sure to mention it by name. Use original or licensed images, footage and sound. Try to keep it under 3 minutes.

Unfortunatly I dont have a green screen so I've used some free royalty free clips from other sites to create a number of effects tests.
