Description: Jamaica, Vermont and the surrounding area experienced serious flooding as a result of Hurricane Irene. This short video shows the Route 30 bridge in Jamaica Village, along with the washed out parking lot and driveway of the Jamaica Fire House. Further in the video, you can see the destruction along Water Street in Jamaica, where much of the road and several houses were washed away.
