In the back of the cave, lies the Elmon leader and it's crew. Time to fight them to get the stuff back that they stole earlier.

The Elmon Leader has an attack called Item Blast. For every item they stole, it adds 50 to the attack. The Elmon's stole 7 items from me, so it's Item Blast attack was 350. Before it dies, it may use Prisma also. It can severely hurt all of the party. Luckily, it's still no problem. Recover the stolen items and be on your way.
