Description: Lyns Ltd SPP-CDW Construction Waste Recycling Plant is a high technology Mixed Waste Processing system that recovers and converts up to 1000 M3 of Construction and Demolition Waste (CDW) per day into recyclable materials.
The Plant is divided into three operational phases to process mixed waste:
1) Pre-treatment uses automated mesh and magnetic separators to recover sand, soil and scrap metals.
2) Main Process uses an automated water processing system to separate and output Clean Plastic Film (purity over 99%), Heavy Plastic matter.
3) Recycle Material processing converts to Plastic Pellets/Pallets and RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel).
