Either way, this is the first fight in B/W 2, against Cheren who's now a gym leader! Since there's nothing you can actually use against him unlike B/W 1, you'll have to find a different approach. Me, I used an Azurill's Charm. You can also use Mareep's Thunder Wave or Sewaddle's String Shot. There are wild Riolu, but they won't learn Force Palm until Lv. 15.
