This is a break beat compilation with an isochronic tone in the background. It cycles through all twelve solfeggio tones as it entrains your brainwaves to around 13.7 hz. That ends up synchronizing pretty well with the sequencer @ 137 bpm. (hmm 13.7 hz and 137 bpm...I wonder if that is coincidence?)
Toward the second half of the piece the break beats start being a binaural. Not sure of the exact freq on that one, but it feels kinda theta-ish. At the end, you may notice the rhythmic on and off of the 528 solfeggio love/miracle/DNA.
The visuals do not have have brainwave entrainment. I just thought they looked cool! Enjoy!
