    First you will need

A decent Computer and relatively Fast Duo Core CPU (2.2ghz at least). Mines:

    E7200 @ 2.53ghz
    2gb Ram
    BFG GeForce 9600GT 512mb

The game mainly runs off the CPU so you only really need 1gb or ram and a decent Graphics Card (128mb min, 256mb rec) that supports atleast 2.0 pixel shader.
Check if your GPU supports pixel shader 2.0 or higher:

Get the emulator off the official Website
    http://www.pcsx2.net

    Get the BIOS here (Torrent)
    http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/3562301/Ps2_Emulator_Pcsx2_9.2r_and_8_Bios_s
Also Get the BIOS by downloading "My Folder" at the bottom of the description.

Use the same Graphics/Controller/CdvdRom I'm using.
See link below for my settings:
    http://img188.imageshack.us/img188/1955/111esn.jpg

For more speed, in the Advanced Tab, set both "Clamp Mode" to "None".

If you own the game, you can run it off the Disc, but its recommended you convert it to an ISO because it runs faster/better off your hard drive. You can also download the ISO somewhere on the internet.

Mount the ISOs on Daemon-Tools. D-Tools is easy to use, just do what I did on the video.

If you experience a "No Memory card" problem that means you have No Memory card added to your PCSX2 folder or you forgot to manually add them.

If you still experience the problem or any other missing plugin, make sure you're running the emulator as an admin (right click- run as- admin)
You can also reinstall the emulator and set it so it installs for "everyone" not "just me"

    -----------------------------------

Link to "My Folder" Which will include all Memory Cards, BIOS, GSdx Plugin's and my current settings (You may need to change the settings if you arent compatible)
    http://rapidshare.com/files/229495256/Pcsx2.rar

Folder contains everything thats in my Pcsx2 folder (bios, plugins, memcards etc.) except the "sstates" folder so just create a "sstates" folder so your savestates will have somewhere to save.

    -------------------------------------------

FOR EVERYONE WHO STILL CANT GET IT RUNNING!

    DO YOU HAVE LATEST EVERYTHING?
Emulator/ Plugins/ Direct X/ Drivers for your hardware??
Chances are your hardware drivers are out of date if you dont remember the last time you updated them.

YOU NEED ATLEAST 2.2GHZ DUO CORE TO EVEN GET CLOSE TO FULL SPEED ON THE OLDER PS2 GAMES. ATLEAST 2.5GHZ FOR THE NEWER PS2 GAMES. DONT EXPECT TO GET FULL SPEED WITH LESS, IT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY.

IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO GET .ISO's LEARN TO TORRENT DOWNLOAD.

IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH .ISO's LEARN TO VIRTUAL DVD-DRIVE

If you get an "SSE" error, that mean's your CPU doesnt have SSE, pick a graphics plugin that doesnt have SSE on the end of its name.

IF YOUR GAME DOESNT START.... Did you check the pcsx2 website's compatibility list?

If you get choppy audio/bad video during cutscenes turn off your speed hacks.

DONT EXPECT ALL GAMES TO WORK WITH THE SAME SETTINGS:
If you have missing graphics that means you need to tweak the advanced settings for the specific game, go to the forums for help if you dont know what you're doing.

When asking me for help, make sure you tell me what exactly is the problem. Dont just write "I cant get it to work, please help!". Tell me your Specs and your Settings and what exactly is the problem.
