A: This kick requires moderate front splits flexibility. You do not have to have a full front split to execute this kick effectively, but the more front split flexibility you have, the easier it is to perform this kick.
Q: What's in the base of the heavy bag?
A: I've filled the base with 270lbs (122.5kg) of all purpose sand. There is no trick. It is heavy for me, as it is twice my weight. I weigh only 135lbs (61kg) in this video.
