You can try both the Japanese and English version. It's around the 140MB though, but that's because I encoded it in avi container, xvid codec with 320 kbps MP3 music. HD/BD + XVID = large files if you don't lower the quality. But I have done that so that other people can edit them very easily, unlike MKV containers with h.264 video.
