Description: The beatles-RAIN (i don't mind)- this is from the Anthology DVD series. It mixes the promo film footage for the Ed Sullivan show and 2 other takes. I kept in the part where John Lennon states as a matter of fact that this was the first song with A Backwards vocal ;) AMAZING TOP BEATLES SONG THAT IS SORELY UNKNOWN, early ground breaking music video. This is also a unique Stereo mix, like no other release, but it's the same take as the single and other released versions. Some other sonic experiments were forged or developed upon, with this song, such as, the use of doubletracking with varispeed on the vocals and for instance the drums, which where recorded at a faster tempo, but played back slower in the mix, for a rich thick sound. I have also found an article in a new book by R.U.Serius, with Paul McCartney being interviewed, he confirms this song is about LSD-25. So this means this is a very early topical psychedelic song. You can tell Paul was still just drinking milk though, who must've got a contact high, as that bassline is one of a kind. . hehe
