This video does not show you specific effects, rather TOOLS in Sony Vegas that allow you to do them. Advanced effects are mostly self-learn processes, in my opinion. Specific tips on how to do certain effects will come later.

This video wastes NO time explaining how to do things. This is a level 3, so if you dont understand whats going on, you should learn some more basic things first. You should know:
-Keyframing (This should be as easy as breathing now)
-Parent/Child Tracks
-Familiar with tracks/layers
