- ADDUCTORS 30 kg, 5x20 (100!!)
- VERTICAL ROW 20 kg, 3x15
- TREADMILL 10 minutes, 1.1 km, 69 kcal.
- STANDING GLUTES 25 kg, 3x15
- LEG EXTENSION 20 kg, 3x15
- STANDING LEG CURL 10 kg, 3x15
- LEG PRESS 30 kg, 3x15
- SHOULDER PRESS 10 kg, 3x15
- ABS 5kg, 10x15 + 1x15 (165!!)
- STATIONARY BICYLE 3 minutes, 1 km, 10 kcal
- ELLIPTICAL 5 minutes, 27 kcal, 0.25 km
- LEG LIFT 3x15
